very pleasant stay for 1 night. comfortable bed with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. very helpful apartment staff. particularly good setting near the river. plus very close to japanese bridges, and het restaurant near the beach.

We had an amazing experience at this centrally located villa. Susan and her family were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. the room was clean, modern, and spacious. the shower was refreshing after a long day of exploring. Susan provided us with a list of recommendations, including their family restaurant which served amazing food. the breakfast included healthy options and free refills of coffee and tea. the location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Thank you, Susan and family, for a wonderful stay!

The room was absolutely perfect for my stay! It had all the amenities I needed, like a desk, kettle, fridge, and even a safety deposit box. The flat-screen TV kept me entertained, and the private bathroom was stocked with free toiletries. I loved how the room was air-conditioned, keeping me cool and comfortable during my stay. The bed linen and towels provided were also a nice touch.

Personally, I found the balcony in the double room a bit small, but that's just my opinion. Others might still enjoy the balcony and find it cozy.

The location close to the old town was wonderful and the private bathroom was quite clean.

Free coffee, tea, and filtered water are available, along with bicycles to use. the owners, Susan and Ninh, are incredibly hospitable and welcoming, treating guests like family. They offer refreshing passion fruit juice and bottled water, and even made a soothing cup of ginger tea when one guest felt unwell. the hosts provide excellent recommendations for food and tailoring. a fantastic experience.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town and close to the night market. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice terrace. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and were very helpful in organizing our transportation from the airport and to the train station. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of made-to-order options, as well as fruit, juice, and coffee. We also loved that we could borrow bikes and umbrellas from the hotel. a fantastic experience.
